SnookerHub ("we", "us"), operated by Seven Koncepts, provides the SnookerHub mobile app and the website at snookerhub.pk (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect and why. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service:
- Account information — your name and email address (required to create an account), and optionally your phone number and city.
- Location — with your permission, your approximate location is used to show snooker clubs near you. You can browse and play without granting location access.
- Photos — images you choose to upload when creating a marketplace listing.
- Play & club data — when you link your profile to a club (for example by scanning a QR code at the table), we associate your account with that club and show your games played, games won, finals, and spend at that club.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as request times and error information) used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
We do not collect health, financial, browsing, or advertising data, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in (via a one-time email code).
- To show you snooker clubs, their details, and clubs near you.
- To link your profile to the clubs you play at and show your play statistics.
- To let you list, browse, and message about items in the marketplace.
- To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking or advertising.
How your information is shared
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service:
- Email delivery — we use an email provider (Mailgun) to send your sign-in codes and account emails.
- Maps & places — we use Google Maps Platform to display club locations and directions.
- Hosting — the Service runs on our servers and standard cloud infrastructure.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we are required to retain it by law.
Your rights & choices
- You can view and update your profile details in the app.
- You can revoke camera, photo, or location permissions at any time in your device settings.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including deleting your account — by contacting us at the address below.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
We protect data in transit using HTTPS and apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
